Janet Bloomfield, President,

Janet spent many years in a professional marketing role for many national and international organizations, understanding well the value of personal attention and exceptional service which became one of International Yacht Charter Group’s founding goals. She has provided marketing leadership across the globe, as well as growing electronic commerce initiatives from the early inception of the Internet. Janet entered the marine industry as a Vice President managing Internet marketing strategies and growing strategic partnerships before founding International Yacht Charter Group. Janet has helped her clients plan and enjoy fully crewed luxury yacht charters around the world, for small and large groups and for sail and motor yachts of all sizes. She is a member of CYBA and FYBA as well as being one of the few USA based brokers accepted for membership in MYBA.

Susan Flammia, Yacht Charter Sales,

Susan has been helping clients arrange their ideal yacht charter vacations and events around the world since the early nineties and she brings that exceptional experience to each and every request she receives today. Susan’s exposure to yachting began as a crewmember aboard the motor yacht The Marilyn K cruising the preferred yachting destinations around the world. Taking that knowledge and moving ashore to help clients select charter yachts that meet their unique needs, she has held rewarding positions at other premier yachting companies such as Nigel Burgess, The Sacks Group, Koch Newton and Partners, and most recently Merrill Stevens Yachts. Based out of Fort Lauderdale, Susan is an active member of FYBA (Florida Yacht Brokers Association) and AYCA (American Yacht Charter Association).

Kathy McErlean, Yacht Charter Sales,

Kathy also came from the corporate world before entering the marine industry. After many years providing her expertise to clients in the financial services arena, she brings to International Yacht Charter group a proven sales focus based on proven success in her prior career. Kathy is based in Connecticut and spends time in various charter destinations in New England. When not in Connecticut, Kathy spends time personally viewing yachts.

Patty Wilson, Yacht Charter Sales,

After a long career coordinating many different facets of a large corporate organization, Patty moved to Florida as membership manager of the exclusive OCEAN REEF CLUB in North Key Largo. Subsequently she became involved in the fast pace of Ft Lauderdale's mega yacht charter business, managing a fleet of high end motor yachts traveling around the world from the Bahamas to the South Pacific prior to joining International Yacht Charter Group. Patty lives life with a passion and extends that same passion to the dream charters she helps arrange for each and every client. Patty believes that every client has different vacation desires and each yacht and each crew can meet those needs in unique ways, her knowledge and skills allowing her to find the perfect match for all her clients. Patty is bilingual.
