Elegant and classic AUGUST MAVERICK is a family friendly charter yacht offering a crew of 3 for inclusive and captain only charters in the Virgin Islands as well as New England. Offering many options and combinations of cabin use due to flexibility of the crew, this is a fantastic family holiday option. She has an elegant main salon area, a beautiful 360 degree view pilot house and shaded aft deck for many options in relaxing in style.
In 1978 Stephens launched the 92 foot sloop named August Maverick. To ensure the comfort and well being of her guests, she has been given refits, the most recent in 2018. She is ready and waiting to take you and your guests on a sailing adventure in the historic waters of New England during the summer months, or the beautiful waters of the USVIs throughout the winter.

She can accommodate as many as nine guests in three cabins. Located aft, her full beam master cabin features a walk around king bed, ample storage space, and his/hers en-suite facilities. Two guest cabins each offer two twin beds and Pullman berth for sleeping three. Each of these cabins has private en-suite facilities. Additionally, as many as two guests can be accommodated on the sofas in the main salon. August Maverick is a family friendly yacht, welcoming family members of any age, babies included.

Her main salon offers a large, L shaped couch across from formal dining. The cockpit allows you and your guests unobstructed views throughout the journey.

Watersports offered by August Maverick include 14 foot RIB tender for 8 with 50hp engine, water skis, kneeboard, tube, scurfer, two kayaks, six standup paddleboards, fishing gear, snorkeling gear, and rendezvous diving. The rack on the boat allows for a combination of either 2 kayaks and 4 paddleboards, or all 6 paddleboards. Please discuss this when chartering.
