In 2001 Fountaine Pajot launched the 56 foot sailing catamaran Miss Elizabeth. She has received her most recent refit in 2019 and receives continuous updates to ensure she is up to date and comfortable for her guests. Along with her sails she has been fitted with twin Yanmar 72hp engines.

As many as six guests can be accommodated in three cabins. She offers two queen cabins and one double cabin, each with an en-suite head and combination shower.

Her main salon offers a contoured lounge with coffee table and contoured lounge with table for formal dining. Out on the aft deck there is a large U shaped lounge with table for al fresco dining.

For watersports, you and your guests can enjoy a 16 foot tender for eight, tube, paddleboard, two kayaks, noodles, fishing gear with polls and spears, and snorkeling gear for ten.
