This 40 meter (130 foot) Westport with a brand new 2023 refit is the ideal Baja adventure yacht. The charter program for this yacht takes luxury to the most desolate parts of the peninsula so you can enjoy the spoils of fishing, adventure, and much more in total comfort.

5 guest cabins complete the accommodations on board, which can comfortably fit 12 guests for weekend or week long trips. There is plenty of space and many different areas to find a place to relax and enjoy your time at sea. Deck amenities include a hot tub on the sundeck for ideal views and workout equipment to turn the Portuguese deck into your own private gym. There is a bar and dining table on each of the 3 decks so you can enjoy meals and drinks wherever you feel most comfortable.

Rule No.1 is accompanied by a 2022 37' Freeman towed tender, a top of the line fishing boat. Fishing, spearfishing, freediving, and scuba gear are all available on board! The boat also includes a custom inflatable slide for added fun. Rule No.1 is the best kept secret for your next charter adventure.
In 2011 Westport launched the 130-foot mega yacht Rule No 1. To ensure that she stays luxurious and up to date, she has been given her most recent refit in 2023. Currently, you and your guests can enjoy charters in the beautiful waters off the California coast during the summer months or the lovely waters of Mexico and Central America during the winter months.

As many as 12 guests can be accommodated in her five well-appointed cabins. Located on the main deck is the master cabin with walk around king berth. On the lower deck, she offers two V.I.P. cabins, each with a king berth as well. The two guest cabins each offer two twin berths that are convertible to a king, as well as a Pullman berth.

There are a number of shared spaces throughout to enjoy. The sky lounge offers couches, a multi stool bar, and fireplace. Her sundeck features lounges, al fresco dining, a multi stool bar, and on deck Jacuzzi. She also has a Portuguese deck with exercise equipment for working out while onboard.

Watersports offered include a tender with four 400hp engines, two wave runners, two standup paddleboards, inflatable slide, floating mats, two sea bobs, fishing gear, snorkeling equipment, and two sets of SCUBA gear with dive compressor for rendezvous diving.
