Thanks to a very recent and complete upgrade, the sought-after charter yacht Milk and Honey is better than ever. Solidly built by the premier yard of Palmer Johnson and beautifully maintained, she accommodates ten guests in five staterooms.
Exceptionally large for her length, this sleek 125-foot, tri-deck yacht offers the volume and space of a 150-footer. Among the abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces is the sun deck, with a spa pool, bar, and wicker settees. Also on this deck are oversized lounge chairs that adjust to face the sun or shade and can convert to sun pads. One level down, on the boat deck, theres a large table for dining under the stars. Meals are also served on the main deck, either in the formal dining salon or in the soft breeze on the aft deck.
Throughout the interior, serene colors and supple fabrics complement such rich woods as cherry, mahogany, burled olive, and inlaid black walnut. The main salon, with a long, curving settee and chairs, has a full bar as well as a large high-definition 3DTV and a state-of-the-art sound system.
The full-beam master suite on the main deck encompasses a private office, large stateroom with centerline king-size bed, and his-and-her vanities and WCs connecting to a central steam shower and tub room. Three queen staterooms and one twin stateroom, all ensuite, are located on the lower deck.
As would be expected on a yacht of this caliber, no detail has been overlooked, including zero-speed stabilizers to ensure guests are always comfortable as well as expertly looked after by a polished crew of 7.

The term Milk & Honey has been used to describe having a bounty, prosperity, or an abundance. These terms aptly describe the 125 foot Palmer Johnson mega yacht ÒMilk & HoneyÓ. She was built in 2003 and has had a full interior refit over the winter of 2011/2012, a refit in 2017, and yet another in 2018 to ensure that she is luxurious for her guests. Twin MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 11.5 knots and a maximum speed of 16. With a fuel capacity of 12,460 gallons she has a 3,000 nautical mile range. For the comfort of her guests she has been equipped with zero speed stabilizers. Other amenities guests can expect to enjoy include V Sat high speed internet at no extra charge, Satcom cell phone, fax, IPod, hook up stations in each room, state of the art 3D HDTV entertainment system, Nintendo WII, Satellite TV, DVR recording system, and CD/DVD library.
Five elegant staterooms accommodate as many as ten guests in comfort. Located on the main deck is the full width master cabin featuring a king size bed, private office, en-suite his and hers bathrooms with steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. Her remaining four cabins are located below amidships. Three of these offer a queen size bed with entertainment center and en-suite facilities, while the fourth has twin beds, entertainment center, and en-suite facilities.
Multiple shared spaces on board give Milk & Honey ample places for guests to enjoy. Her main salon area features an extremely generous lounge across from two arm chairs, as well as large windows for plenty of light and outstanding views. Guests will enjoy the nautical theme of the formal dining hall. Al fresco seating on the aft deck will offer guests amazing views will dining and enjoying the sea breezes. The flybridge features a generous Jacuzzi with a Òliteral wet barÓ, as it has granite countertop surrounding it and three bar stools on one side. On one side of the Jacuzzi there are several sun beds.
A plethora of water toys are offered by Milk & Honey, and a full beam swim platform afford guests effortless access to both the water and water toys. There is a 30 foot Regulator tender with two 300 hp Yamaha outboards, a 19 foot Nautica wide body tender with 200 hp engine, water skis for adults, water skis for children, tube, wakeboard, kneeboard, two double kayaks, floating mats, fishing gear, snorkeling gear, underwater camera, and 10 sets of diving equipment to be used by guests with current, valid dive cards. Captain Kenny Tassin is a PADI Open Water Scuba instructor and three of the crew are also certified divers, so Milk & Honey offers onboard diving. The crew is also happy to purchase any water toys guests may require upon request.
